Warranty Inspections

Our company provides full servicing of the bodies and equipment delivered to the customer. With the customer’s best interest in mind, a service inspection must be carried out at least once every six months, and in some cases once every three months. This is a requirement for maintaining the warranty on the product offered by our company.

Warranty inspections are carried out either at the customer’s premises or at our company’s headquarters in Jelcz-Laskowice. The date of the service is arranged by the Service Department after contacting the bodywork user.

Complaint Repairs

In the event of a failure of our products, this should be reported immediately to our Service Department. Please download the Complaint Report Form, complete it, and send it back to: serwis@elbo.wroc.pl. Please also attach photos showing the defect.

This information will allow us to take the appropriate repair actions. You will be informed by the Service Department about the time required to remove the failure, after the repair method has been determined and all spare parts have been completed.

We understand that our customers do not like wasting time on repairs, which is why we make every effort to keep this time as short as possible.
