CAD and 3D CAD Structural Design

In order to meet the needs of our customers, we are introducing additional services in the following areas:

• structural design based on CAD and 3D CAD software,
• welding of steel and aluminium structures,
• plastic forming – work on press brakes,
• cutting of components,
• shot blasting and painting – shot blasting chamber dimensions: 13.9 × 4.6 m; paint shop dimensions: 5.7 × 11.9 m,
• wheelbase modification,
• reinforcement of vehicle frames,
• carrying out UDT inspections,
• installation of:
  ·  hydraulic ramps in vehicles and production of ramps,
  ·  hydraulic systems in vehicles,
• repairs, overhauls, and modernisation of vehicles, including:
  ·  post-accident repairs of semi-trailers and trailers, cooperation with insurance companies,
  ·  major overhauls of trailers and semi-trailers, installation of new systems, components, suspension, and bodywork,
  ·  replacement of tipper bodies with new ones,
  ·  modernisation of intermediate frames and/or tipper bodies,
  ·  repair of tipper bodies – straightening, reinforcement, and replacement of side boards.
