Rear Tippers
Rear Tippers
The 1W rear tipper, known as the “halfpipe”, is the company’s flagship product. Tippers of this type are designed for 3- and 4-axle vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of 26–32 tonnes. Depending on their length, the tippers may have an administrative payload capacity of 14–18 tonnes.
The bodies we manufacture are made entirely of high-impact and abrasion-resistant HARDOX and DOMEX steel. The tipper structure, a classic halfpipe with a curved floor in the form of a trough, provides increased strength, high resistance to damage, and reduces unloading time. Practical solutions make operation easier and improve working comfort.
These products are designed for companies transporting heavy loads with a high dead weight, such as excavated soil, heavy stones, granite blocks, and large amounts of rubble. The most common recipients of this type of bodywork are companies trading in aggregates, construction companies, site preparation companies, road construction companies, as well as companies working in quarries and mines. These bodies perform well when transporting large quantities of material within a short time frame over difficult terrain.
