Strongman Nations Cup 2018

On 15 August 2018, the Strongman Nations Cup 2018 took place in Jelcz-Laskowice. The sunny weather made it possible to hold the competition, while a large audience cheered on their favourites.

Our company, ELBO Sp. z o.o., had the honour of being one of the sponsors of this international strength competition. The strongest competitors from European countries, including Poland, Norway, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, and Lithuania, took part in events such as the “motorcycle clock”, sponsored by ELBO Sp. z o.o., truck pulling, loading stones onto a ring, and platform squats.

During the competition, ELBO Sp. z o.o. presented a specialised set for oversized transport, with the possibility of extending the loading space. The set was built on a Volvo FH chassis with a three-axle centre-axle trailer manufactured by ELBO. The permissible gross weight of the set is 40 tonnes, and the total loading length is over 15 metres. Our set is used, for example, for transporting combine harvesters.

During the competition, our team encouraged visitors to learn more about the company profile, products, and employment opportunities.
